I'm sure some ';breeder'; has em out there.. but why would you want one? A wolf is a wild animal, and despite what you see in the movies, no wild animal is completely trainable. They are unpredictable and you don't want to take a risk with yourself, your home or the people around you.
If you did really want one, you could try www.craigslist.com.

Why would you want a hybrid? Try looking in the pound, that's where most mutts are. Or if you're rich, you can spend thousands on one from a BYB, they love a good sale.
Breeding wolves into any breed of dog is illegal. You might find someone who will tell you they have this for sale, but there is no way for you to verify it and not only is it illegal for them to do it, but it is illegal for you to own it.
