ok soooo i really want a dog for my b-day this year! sooooo i have been looking online and there are nooooooo dogs for less then 100 dollars that are small adorable and from around kent or seattle or California or from even just Washington gosh!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!Is there any cute SMALL dogs for sale around HERE?? please help! if you know answer! :) lol.?

This is not a place for advertising. Go to your local animal shelter/rescue and adopt a homeless dog. Really, if you don't have $100.00 to purchase a dog, you shouldn't get one. How will you afford vet care, food and everything else that goes with a dog.
I really think what you need to do is go to your local humane society and adopt a dog from them. You can find plenty of wonderful animals there and a bonus is the fact that you are saving an animals life that might otherwise be doomed.
If you want a small cute dog, it unlikely you will find one for that cheap. Go to the Human Society and get a mutt
SHELTERS ARE FULL OF SMALL DOGS! THEY ARE USUALLY PRETTY CHEAP TOO. They come fully vetted also.
Try the classifieds. this is an advice site.
